- Your business name, business type, phone number, and any notes you enter into the contact form.
- Any information you include when you email us directly at jsparsh.sj.sj@gmail.com.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you've seen the cookie notice — no personal data is included in it.
How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, your business name, business type, phone number, and notes are sent directly to a private Google Sheet that only Prezenvo Edge can access, so we can follow up with you. This happens automatically when you click submit — no separate email needs to be sent for your enquiry to reach us. Google acts as our data processor for this storage; see Google's own privacy policy for how they handle data on our behalf. We don't share this sheet, or the data in it, with anyone else.
How we use your information
Information you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you become a client — to deliver the website and consulting services described on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet basic business record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing jsparsh.sj.sj@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can decline to submit the contact form and reach out by email or phone instead. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by contacting jsparsh.sj.sj@gmail.com.
