These terms cover two things: using this website, and, where applicable, engaging Prezenvo Edge ("we," "us," "our," operated by Sparsh Jain) for website-building and consulting services. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a signed service agreement or legal advice.
Using this website
This site is provided to describe our services and let you get in touch. Content on this site (copy, design, and branding) belongs to Prezenvo Edge unless stated otherwise, and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information on this site accurate and current, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form or emailing us is an enquiry, not a binding order. Any pricing shown on this site is illustrative; the actual scope and cost of your project will be confirmed in writing (email or a formal quote) before work begins.
If you engage us for services
Once you agree to move forward with a website and/or consulting engagement:
- Scope, price, and timeline will be confirmed with you directly before any work starts.
- You'll retain ownership of your business content and, once delivered and paid for, the website itself — including admin access, as described on the homepage.
- Domain and hosting costs, where applicable, are billed at cost with no markup, as stated on the pricing section of this site.
- The "risk is on me" guarantee described on the homepage — a free rebuild if you're not satisfied with the first draft, with payment only once you're happy — applies as stated there.
- Ongoing consulting covers guidance, monthly check-ins, and reasonable site updates as outlined in the bundle description; it does not cover unrelated or open-ended work outside that scope.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed with you directly for your specific engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an invoice or a request for payment.
Limitation of liability
We'll do our best to deliver accurate, working websites and sound advice, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like a particular increase in customers or sales) resulting from the website or consulting we provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved directly between the parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. For an active engagement, the terms agreed with you directly at the time take precedence over this page.
